People-First Approach

Many clients—especially those based in Indonesia—are unfamiliar with remote working. For many years, Indonesian business leaders have preferred to meet face-to-face. When they switched to WFH practices, virtual meetings tended to be inefficient, bulky, and overcrowded.

RPS took on an educational role for many of our clients. We advised them on effective virtual communication, especially critical in the project development and execution stages. In doing so, we helped them take a step towards a comprehensive digital transformation.

Educating on WFH Best Practices

Because of major health concerns caused by the pandemic from last year, we proactively requested that all employees work from home. By implementing #WorkFromHome measures sooner rather than later, we were able to protect our employees and their loved ones.

Now, some of our team continue to work from home. Others can choose when to come into the office or meet with clients, by also following the latest personal health guidelines.

Successful Project Completion

We have completed the digital transformation project entirely online from March-August 2020 and with a hybrid model since August 2020. At the beginning of 2021, we started to have onsite meetings in the customer's office. Taken together, ​RPS has over 2500 hours of fully-online project management and coordination. We use modern, yet simple cloud collaboration tools like Zoom and Zoho Suites to save clients time. We design collaborative methods that work for your business and leadership.
