We were very satisfied with the Production Achievement Workshop planned and managed by RPS. They took time to understand our needs and designed a program that was truly suitable for our company. It can be difficult for the Jakarta-based management team to have good relationships with the employees in Pekanbaru, but the Workshop was successful in improving closeness and cooperation.
