CAPM is an entry-level certification for project practitioners. It is recognized as a global certification program in project management and is provided by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
We provided training to participants to help them master the theories, answer questions more easily, and pass the certification:
1. Presenting project management material, discussion, and sharing
2. Individual and group exercises
3. Case studies
4. Exam preparation (in Q&A format)
A significant majority of participants passed with a CAPM certification. Besides, after completing our certification training, participants became more efficient project managers.
