The team building activities were completed in the afternoon, with a Gala Dinner in the evening with a “cowboy” theme. Supporting entertainers included an acoustic band, and the company presented 45 door prizes to lucky employees, including 2 mountain bikes, 2 Samsung A9 cell phones, televisions, and high-value kitchen items.

The Team Building retreat was able to break down dividing walls between the Jakarta-based management and their employees. At the end of the event, participants received goodie bag souvenirs to take home and reported great satisfaction from the retreat.
