Telkom Indonesia wished to upskill employees with the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Passing the certification examination required training to master theories and quickly answer questions.
The PMP Boot Camp provided eight days of PMP training delivered by experienced instructors who already hold PMP credentials.
The training material was complemented by the official guide from the PMBOK® book – Fifth Edition and the 35 contact hours certificate required to register for the PMP certification exam.
We guaranteed a one-time retest for all participants, without additional fees (this guarantee applies when the participant does not pass the PMP exam).
The methods we use during the PMP boot camp included:
1. Training module based on PMBOK 5, discussion and case studies
2. Mini simulation exam (More than 1,000 Practice Exam questions & Practice Answers) in more than 5 domains (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, Closing)
3. PMP exam simulations – 200 questions (Total 800 Q&A exercises)
As a result of this training, 100% of the trainees who took the exam passed and received their PMP title. After participating in this certification training, the participants reported that they could better contribute and carry out their responsibilities as project managers.
