Telkom Indonesia sought to upskill employees with the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute. Employees required training to master the theory, answer questions, and pass the certification.
Telkom Indonesia engaged Ryska Academy a second time for PMP certification training.
The methods we use to provide PMP certification training are as follows:
1. Bringing project management material from the 5th edition of PMBOK, then fostering discussions and providing case studies
2. Mini simulation exam (more than 1,000 exam questions with answers), more than 5 domains (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closing)
3. PMP exam simulation of 200 questions (total 800 practice questions and answers)
As a result of this second training session, a majority (how many percentage?) of the participants received their PMP certification.
