Our client was one of the prominent aviation company in Indonesia. In the company with too many employees, their professionalism may not reach the peak. Without the right hiring mechanism, their company was prone to misplace newly hired team member in an unsuitable position. RPS helped by establishing a new assessment center, where we gave recommend the management to conduct intensive employee assessment.

We also re-structured their salary system, including the incentive package, to make it more competitive in the labor market. Eventually, our suggestions helped putting the right person in the right job position, thus elevating employee morale.
